What Are The Shipping Costs?

We offer free shipping on all products ! 

For COD orders , below 1000 , we take a convenience cost of Rs 49 to take care of COD which is passed onto the delivery partners. 

Certain items are not eligible on certain pin codes. This is absolutely rare , but if the delivery partners do not serve in your pin code, we might have to cancel the order and initiate a refund which will be done in the same day itself.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing My Order?

Once we receive your order, we take approximately 1-2 working days to process your order before handing it over to the shipping company. If you would like to change your shipping address for an order which you have already placed, we will try to accommodate your requests if we still have the package in our possession. Please contact us ( cs@decormart.indecormartindia@gmail.com ) or call us +91 99583 27289 at with your requested change and we will send you an email reply to confirm if we were able to make the change. If we have already handed your order over to the shipping company then we are unable to make any shipping address changes.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

Unfortunately, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the delivery of order.

Why Was My Package Undeliverable?

The shipping company will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. If you have not received the package, you can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call the shipping company at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

Here are some reasons why your package may be determined undeliverable:

Incorrect Address: The Décor Mart does not take responsibility if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect or outdated. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as closed, and no refund will be issued. Please carefully check to make sure that you have supplied a current and correct shipping address.

Refused by Recipient: If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them in error, then the package will be returned to us as undeliverable. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift.

Where is my order processed from?

Orders are processed both from our central warehouse in Noida , U.P , India.
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.

Who will deliver my order?

Within India, we ship through registered courier companies like Delhivery, Shiprocket etc. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us. Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package and email us at decormartindia@gmail.com or Call/Whatsapp us at + 91 +91-9958327289 Monday to Saturday, between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST.

How long will it take for an order to reach me?

It is our constant endeavour to deliver your orders on time.
Our general delivery time frame is 7-10 business days. In case of manufacturing delays, we might take 10-15 business days, this is mentioned on our website too!

All orders placed on The Décor Mart are dispatched through our own courier partners including the likes of Delhivery, Pidge, BlueDart, UPS, DHL, etc.

However if your amount has been debited, please do not retry- chances are that your order has already been received to us. Unfortunately we only accept one credit card for payment per order. However, if you wish, you could add all the products you like to your cart, and then purchase them in two or more distinct orders, using different cards or forms of payment

What Is Your Return Policy?

Our return policy is very flexible and customer friendly, we try to accommodate our customers as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms -

  • A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
  • If you identify quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
  • If the product is received in a damaged condition.

If the product doesn’t fit into your desired expected décor or if you do not require the product anymore, we will be refunding you the amount of the bought product after taking out the partial cost of freight based on invoice value as follows -
  • Rs. 0.00 - Rs. 999 - Rs. 180
  • Rs. 1000 - Rs. 2999 - Rs. 350
  • Rs. 3000 - Rs. 4999 - Rs. 500
  • Rs. 5000 and above – 10% of order value.

The refunds can be made in form of Store Credits, Store Credits are the fastest way of refund, they are a form of money with no expiry date and no limitations on their usage and they are usually processed immediately on confirmation. How Do I Mount A Curtain Rod?

To perfectly mount a Curtain Rod, one needs Mounting brackets , Rod, Screws and Finials. In case of a Double Rods, one can hang a sheer ( light fabric) and main curtain (of thick fabric) for a finished look. We at Decor Mart solve this by providing you a complete set.

What Is An Extendable/telescopic Curtain Rod?

Curtain rods are attached above the window / door and ensure that the Sheer & main curtain are free to flow in the desired direction. This decorative curtain rod has an adjustable telescopic design that makes it to extend up to 88”/144” inches in length from a minimum 48”/84”, making it the perfect solution for standard or custom sized curtains. It is recommended to install brackets wider than the window to minimize sidelight and enhance privacy.

What Length Of The Curtain Rod I Should Buy?

The length refers to the length of the rod without any end pieces known as finials. We have 2 sizes in curtain rods 48-88inch and 84-144inch, measure the size of your window and select the size appropriate for your window type. The rods are extendable from 48inch to 88inch and 84inch to 144inch.

What is the depth of the brackets?

For an single rod the brackets provided are of depth ______ and double rod bracket are of depth _____.

What type support is in the middle to hold it up there?

Depending on the width of the window, you will need to add additional bracket provided in the kit. If the rod length exceeds 60 inch please place an extra bracket for support in the center.

What is the diameter of the rod?

The rods we offer are 2 diameters, 25mm and 19mm in our single rods depending on the style you choose. For the double rods we only have 1 size which is 19mm.

Is hardware/brackets included?

Yes, all the hardware required to install the curtain rod is included. The hardware included 3-4 bracket (depending on the length of the rod) and 6 screws & fishers.

How many mounting brackets do the 48"-88", 84"-144" size option curtain rod include?

In 48”-88”, 3 mounting brackets are included and in 84”-144”, 4 mounting brackets are included.

Can the finials be replaced with others?

Yes, you can replace the finials by simply unscrewing them and screwing back the new ones.

How do I lock the rod in the telescopic (extended) state?

After extending the rod to a desired length positioned in the mounting bracket, gently tighten the screw on the mounting bracket.

How many rods are included?

Single rod: 48-88inch size rods includes 2nos. rods and 84-144inch size includes 3nos. rods where the one with the smallest diameter is in the center. Double rod: 48-88inch size rods includes 2nos. 19mm rods and 2nos. 16mm rods and 84-144inch size includes 3nos. 19mm rods and 3nos. 16mm rods where the one with the smallest diameter is in the center.

What is the load capacity of the curtain rods?

Single rod is capable of handling heavier fabric and weight capacity is 20 Kgs for 19mm diameter rod and 25 Kgs for a 25mm diameter rod. Double-rod is capable of handling a combination heavier fabric and sheer fabric; total weight capacity across both rods is 25 Kgs.

Are the curtain rings included?

No, curtain rings are not included. You can buy curtain rings separately.

Will the point of connection be visible?

No, the point of connection in our rods are perfectly concealed. We use high quality sleeve which matches the rod colour and won’t be visible unless seen closely.

Do you offer any warranty on the products?

Our products come with a 1 year warranty from date of purchase . Our warranty covers only manufacturing defects that emerge during the warranty period, but does not include any damages due to ordinary wear and tear or mis-handling or mis-use of the product.
